Application:

This WN series crusher (grinder) is developed to work inline with  plastic  vacuum thermoforming machines and plastic extrusion machines.

The waste plastic sheet after moldding and edge cutting would be auto dragged into the crushing room and be cut into many small size scrap  and finally be recycle used (by extrusion machine or Granulator).

 

Feature:

1. The inside of the machine is sealed with sound insulation cotton, which can effectively reduce the noise during operation
2. It can be used in conjunction with the molding machine to help companies reduce labor costs.
3. There are many types of plastic products suitable for crushing: PP, PET, PS, PVC, PLA, bio-based materials and other disposable plastic products, food packaging, plastic blister trays, plastic blister packaging.
4. The cutters are made of special steel from famous brand manufacturers, with high hardness, good toughness, strong wear resistance, especially strong and durable, easy to crush a variety of soft and hard materials, and strong crushing ability.
