Yes. We have a professional engineer team. After machine is arrived, we will send enginner to your place to install the machines and train your worker how to operate the machine well.
Free guarantee period wouold be one year . After that, we still will provide the long-life service for the machines.
Normaly we do 30% T/T before production, and T/T balance before shipment.
And L/C at sight is also acceptable if needed.
