Function: HY series automatic hydraulic (cup) thermoforming machine is developed upon the plastic thermoforming craft, which is suitable to produce the PP, HIPS ,PET and PLA material to make plastic food containers. Such as plastic cups, bowls, tray and so on.
Thermoforming craft: plastic sheet heating→products forming by mold→products cutting by mold→products blowing out→products stacking
Feature:
1．Four-poles structure, durable ＃45 chrome plated steel with good rigidity and abrasion resistance.
2．The ascent and descent function of hydraulic pressure stage help to reduce noises and shake.
3．10 zones automatic temperature controls with error ranges within 1.5℃
4．Heater use immersed ceramics far infrared radiation component. Which is safe and reliable.
5． Conveyor chain with gear and double sub-chain. Water-cooling tube in chain way ensures high cooling efficiency and water-saving. Stainless steel board covers the inner machine body. Nitrinized-38CrMoAlA-made chain track guarantees its hardness and durability .
6．Low barycenter and height of finished products as well as steady running ensures easy operation and friendly viewing.
7．Frequency-conversion-driven sheet feeder, high precision sheet feeding with error rate ranging from 1mm to 5mm ensures sheet saving.
