Item: single layer pp ps plastic sheet extrusion line

Model: LSP-110

Application: used to produce single layer PP or HIPS material plastic sheet which for disposable products thermoforming.

Outstanding Features:

1. This extrusion screw was been designed excellently for the plastic melting and max output meanwhile.

2. The 3 sets rollers are good at cooling performance as its inside structure were designed into special internal cross  system.

3. The 3 sets rollers are driven by 3 independent motors,it’s easier to control and better to  manufacture  plastic sheet of various  thickness.

4. The 3 sets roller surface temperature is uniform  as it is  mirror polished,because of this,the plastic  sheet could be bright and clean in surface and uniform in thickness.
